Stay in touch via configurable Email alerting. Each target that is being monitored can have one or more users notified when there is a problem. You can even notify individuals that do not have an account so you can keep important stakeholders informed.

SMS Alerting

Text messaging (SMS) alerting is available for any target. You can select one or more individuals to text when issues are discovered or resolved.

Voice Calling

Often it is necessary to receive a phone call when there is a problem. The system allows you to optionally have it call you to notify when there are issues so that you are always informed.
